Integrated management of services in residential facilities requires specific experience in both healthcare and technical and organisational skills. Starting in 1995 the OSA cooperative has gained experience, initially in all aspects of the operation of residential facilities for seniors, subsequently evolving to include management of residences for psychiatric patients and extended care facilities.

In 2002 OSA obtained ISO 9002 quality certification in this specific sector.
